InoK-RE

InoK – RE is an alloy of Iron and Silicon with controlled additions of Cerium and Calcium. This is a very effective inoculant for S.G.Iron.

Application

• High Nodule Count and Good Nodularity.
• Less slag generation.
• Ideally suited for longer pouring times.
• Eliminates carbides and gives high nodule count in thin sections.
• Works excellent with combination of La containing FeSiMg Alloy

Melting Point	1190-1240 °C.
Size Range	0.2-0.7 mm, 1-3 mm, 3-6 mm, 6-10 mm.
Addition	Ladle LateStream 0.3-0.5 % 0.05-0.1 %
Packing	50 Kg, 1000 Kg – HDPE Bags
Storage	If stored in low humidity environment in the same packing, product can be preserved for a long time.
