InoK-Z75 is a specially formulated inoculant with controlled amounts of Zirconium and Calcium and is very potent for gray iron.

Application

Gray Iron

• Very good chill reduction, because of combined effects of Zr and Ca.
• Ca acts as a deoxidiser and improves cell-count.
• Good Fading Resistance.

Melting Point 1250-1290 °C. Size Range 0.2-0.7 mm, 1-3 mm, 3-6 mm, 6-10 mm. Addition Ladle Late Stream Gray Iron 0.15-0.3 % 0.05-0.1 % Packing 50 Kg, 1000 Kg – HDPE Bags Storage If stored in low humidity environment in the same packing, product can be preserved for a long time.
